Participants learn the functionality and structure of standard business software like SAP. They should understand the necessary phases and tasks and the correct process of standard software implementation.
In SAP they get to know some examples of functionality of standard software and see some possibilities of customization of SAP. They should get an idea about the variations and the complexity to calibrate(customize) processes with SAP.
SAP supports a lot of business processes. They should gain an insight into some of these business processes. In this context they see the method of business process modelling with Event Driven process Chains (EPC).
