MBA_BusinessLaw MBA Business Law (1202015)

This course focuses on contract, company and competition law. It also introduces to labor and tax law.

With regard to contracts participants learn about the applicable law, the differences between civil and common law, important clauses, CISG, INCOTERMS or a bill of lading.

Further, each participant obtains information about the structure within companies, foreign companies, mergers and acquisitions, R&D cooperation and arbitration.

Lastly, we will have a look at the competition between companies and talk about such things like unfair competition, industrial property, data protection or product liability.
